Does it replace monitoring or paging?

It works alongside them. Your monitoring detects issues and PagerDuty pages your team while Firstwake investigates. Your engineers review findings and decide what to change.

How does it learn from incidents?

Your team reviews the checks, failed hypotheses and outcomes worth keeping. Firstwake reuses those lessons when they fit the current product and code. You can inspect, correct or retire them.

Can we choose the model and control our data?

Bring your OpenRouter key and choose a compatible model. Tools and incident memory run in your infrastructure; selected investigation context goes through OpenRouter to your chosen model provider.

What’s free, and what does enterprise support add?
